Site supervisor is required in accordance with the Polish Construction Law at large investments. In Poland you will have a notice in Site Permission , so you will have to have site supervisor at large investment.We offer site supervising in construction works, and if it is required in installations (HVAC,water,sewage etc), electricity and roads.
With experience on large investments we offer to the investor the full cooperation in controlling works on the site . We also recommend the function of Supervisor in smaller investments, although this is not required in construction permit. This solution is beneficial for the investor in individual construction when the Contractor in the package offers its Site Manager. The investor in this case is out of control by an independent expert representing his interests on site.
